PROCESSING TIMES

Fine Art Prints & Framed Artwork:
Our art prints and framed pieces are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships.

Crystals & Curated Goods:
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Please note that during holidays, product launches, or special collections, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING METHODS

We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

United States:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

International:
Delivery times vary by destination and may take between 7–21 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

TRIXIE CHANG | life curated is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TRIXIE CHANG | life curated is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
